Research has shown that music helps us all manage stress and anxiety and improve our quality of life by causing the brain to release biochemical stress reducers. Music motivates people to engage in physical activity, increases endurance, speeds up post-workout recovery, improves sleep quality, and eases pain. Due to the the emotions we experience while listening to music, we support the creation of music by our community, as it has a healthy effect on our body’s blood vessel functions.
